Our relationsh..."Palatable": you're right, Moose! Our relationship is "more palatable" as a civil union than as marriage? Hell, that *might* be true since marriage is a relic of nasty patriarchy (in our society anyway), but no one should be deciding whether you and I should be allowed to get married or whether we should want to get married. Any hey, marriage can also be more than that patriarchal shell. . .or at least I think/hope so. Anyway, it should be our choice whether we want to get married or not, not someone else's and not that of a bunch of yahoos who say that our nearly 25 yr union is more palatably described as civil union than as matrimony.<BR/><BR/>Geesh -- there are people starving all over the world and some of the self-described Most Moral Americans are worried about this.
